N\u00e4chster Stop war Mission Beach, bekannt f\u00fcr Sky Diving und sonstige Adrenalin-Aktivit\u00e4ten. Am Strand war nicht viel los, um es genau zu sagen, es war gar nichts los. Obwohl das Wetter wieder besser war. Nachts regnet es immer wieder wie verr\u00fcckt, am Morgen ist es noch stark bew\u00f6lkt und regnet ab und zu, aber tags\u00fcber ist es meist wieder sch\u00f6n und nur ein bisschen bew\u00f6lkt. Zum Abend hin zieht es sich wieder zu und es regnet h\u00e4ufiger. Laut unserem Reisef\u00fchrer gibt es da die \u201eWallaman Falls\u201c. Ein Wasserfall der 300 Meter hoch ist, so hoch wie der Eifelturm. Es ist der l\u00e4ngste Wasserfall in Australien. Oben angekommen h\u00e4tten wir schon einen gigantischen Blick auf den Wasserfall haben k\u00f6nnen, jedoch wurde uns dieser von den starken Wolken verwehrt. Sie hingen genau \u00fcber dem Wasserfall und der ganze Wasserdunst kam auch noch dazu. Aber das was zu h\u00f6ren war, lies Gewaltiges vermuten. Um den Wasserfall direkt sehen zu k\u00f6nnen, mussten wir wieder 2km steil im Zick-Zack nach unten laufen. Es regnete wieder, das hie\u00df der Weg w\u00fcrde noch beschwerlicher werden und laut der Schilder brauchte man f\u00fcr den Hin- und R\u00fcckweg 2-3 Stunden. Wir waren uns nicht sicher ob wir das noch schaffen w\u00fcrden, vor Einbruch der Dunkelheit, punkt 18.30 Uhr ist es hier einfach nur stock dunkel. Wir entschieden uns jedoch daf\u00fcr es noch zu wagen, schlie\u00dflich liefen wir bisher immer schneller, als es auf den Schildern beschrieben stand \ud83d\ude09 Wie immer ist au\u00dfer uns niemand unterwegs.<br \/>\nWir zogen feste Schuhe und unsere Regenjacken an und dann ging es los. Der Weg war wirklich nicht ganz ohne, durch den starken Regen lief das Wasser \u00fcberall auf den \u201eWegen\u201c. Das tosende Ger\u00e4usch von herabfallendem Wasser kam immer n\u00e4her und schlie\u00dflich standen wir direkt davor. Wir bekamen das ganze Wasser ab, aber es war atemberaubend. Schwer war es allerdings sch\u00f6ne Bilder davon zu machen, da einfach andauernd die Linse der Kamera nass wurde und auch die H\u00f6he kommt auf den Bildern nicht so r\u00fcber. schlie\u00dflich w\u00fcrde der wohl etwas l\u00e4nger dauern und anstrengender sein. Wieder oben angekommen war es so gut wie dunkel und wir waren pitschnass. Wir fuhren noch ein St\u00fcck zum ausgeschilderten Campingplatz mit \u201eKasse des Vertrauens\u201c, setzten uns unter einen bedachten, jedoch nicht beleuchteten Sitzplatz und kochten uns etwas zum Abendbrot. Als wir dort so sa\u00dfen bekamen wir innerhalb weniger Minuten Besuch von verschiedensten Tieren. Zu erst wurde Tim von einem Frosch angesprungen. Jedoch wusste er erst nicht, dass es ein Frosch war und hat wie verr\u00fcckt angefangen mit den F\u00fcssen zu strampeln. Ich erschrak zu Tode und dachte es sei sonst was f\u00fcr ein riesiges Tier. Schlie\u00dflich schauten wir mit der Taschenlampe nach und da sa\u00df er unter dem Tisch, ein grasgr\u00fcner kleiner Frosch. Eigentlich sah er echt h\u00fcbsch aus. Unmittelbar darauf entdeckte ich an der Tischkante eine ekelhafte, gro\u00dfe, schwarze Spinne, deren Beine im Schein der Taschenlampe riesige Schatten warf\u2026 *kreisch* Dann lief unter unserem Tisch eine Maus hin und her (gar nicht mal so klein) und als der Frosch uns scheinbar anfing zu m\u00f6gen, da er immer noch auf dem Tisch rumsprang (von unserem Gaskocher zur Wasserflasche und hin und her&#8230;) a\u00dfen wir schlie\u00dflich im stehen und r\u00e4umten dann sofort unsere Sachen zusammen und gingen zum Auto. Auf dem Weg kreuzten wir noch den einer riesigen, fetten Kr\u00f6te *b\u00e4h* und um uns herum flogen jede Menge Gl\u00fchw\u00fcrmchen.
